Shipping & Handling Policy

We ship via USPS and UPS. At checkout, you may select your preferred shipping option. If you need a customized or overnight order, please email info@head-plant.com

• Ground shipping typically takes up to 7 business days, even if estimated otherwise.

• We always aim to select the most efficient carrier and method based on your destination.

• If you require overnight delivery, please contact us at info@head-plant.com prior to placing your order.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday.

• During holidays or large promotional events, please allow up to two business days for order processing.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, followed by a delivery confirmation when your order arrives.

HeadPlant, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to orders shipped outside of Florida. All fees imposed during or after shipment (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders totaling over $200 require insurance and signature upon delivery, paid for by the purchaser. This ensures your order is received securely.
