Return & Refund Policy

You are demonstrating that by purchasing products form HeadPlant Modern Alchemy, LLC (hereinto referred to as HeadPlant) that you have a clear understanding that our products contain CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to cure, diagnose or treat any ailment or disease. HeadPlant encourages you to always check with your physician before starting a new regime to treat any medical issue or concern. HeadPlant is committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

 

 

Please email info@head-plant.com if there are any issues with the product you received.  Your concern will be happily addressed by a HeadPlant representative. If after speaking with a HeadPlant representative you would still like to return your unopened product, please do so in accordance with our Returns Process, listed below.

Only products that are: damaged or defective; unopened and unused; and resalable may be returned. Products may be returned within 10 calendar days of shipment date, with valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. If there is a problem with any product received, you must notify HeadPlant within 48 hours of receiving the product. Product credit may be offered in extenuating circumstances. If HeadPlant accepts your return request, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

 

All product returns must include a written statement detailing the reasons for the return and a copy of the appropriate invoice.

 

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us at info@head-plant.com.

**Please note that HeadPlant does not have a money back guarantee, as CBD affects everyone differently. Any opened or used product will not be accepted for return, exchange, credit, or refund.**

 

Returns Process:

  1. Email info@head-plant.com ASAP to request the return of your UNOPENED HeadPlant product within the 10-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. HeadPlant does not allow returns on Private Labeled products as they cannot be resold once custom labels have been applied.

  2. Once you have shipped your product back to us, email the tracking number to info@head-plant.com so we can keep an eye out for it.

  3. Once we receive your package and confirm its condition, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
